Ground Shipping within the contiguous usa is always free, so plan ahead. buy early. buy often.

2nd Day — $22 flat rate
Overnight – $39 flat rate

One expedited shipping fee per order. shipping fee is not dependent on order price or item quantity.

We want you to be satisfied with your RYEWILLIAMS.com purchases. If that's not the case, we'll gladly accept merchandise for return, provided it:

  • Is in new condition

  • Hasn't been washed, worn or altered

  • Is accompanied by the original invoice

  • Is returned according to the schedule below

ALLOW UP TO three WEEKS TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN

It could take up to three weeks for us to receive and process your return. We will credit your original form of payment unless otherwise specified.

Purchase with Credit Cards:
Any credit will be refunded to the original tender.

Purchases with Gift Card:
If any portion of your purchase was paid for by gift card, you will receive the full value of your return on a RYEWILLIAMS.com Virtual Gift Card.

Purchases with PayPal or PayPal Credit:
PayPal purchases will be reimbursed directly to your PayPal or PayPal Credit account.

 

FLAT RATE RETURN SHIPPING

Shipping Fee:
We will deduct $10 from your refund if you use the pre-paid return label provided. If you pay the return postage yourself, you will not be charged a fee.

 

NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE, COLOR, OR ITEM?

Because garments are handmade to order, We are not able to process exchanges AT THIS TIME. If you need a DIFFERENT size or color, you may place a new order online at RYEWILLIAMS.com.

To return the original item(s), simply email returns@ryewilliams.com, complete your Return Form, and send your return by using the prepaid label, or you may send it through the carrier of your choice. Please allow up to 15 business days for your return to be received and processed.
